A popular Lebanese dish that will evoke the scents of a Middle Eastern market in your kitchen.
DIRECTIONS
MIX all ingredients together and place in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Marinate for at least 2 hours.PREHEAT BBQ to medium-high heat. Lightly coat grill with non-stick cooking spray.
THREAD chicken onto skewers and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently. Ensure that the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 165˚F (74˚C) before serving.

3 tbsp (45 mL) Lemon juice
1 tbsp (15 mL) Tomato paste
1 tbsp (15 mL) Olive oil

2 tsp (10 mL) Ground sumac
2 tsp (10 mL) Paprika
½ tsp (2 mL) Ground cumin
¼ tsp (1 mL) Cayenne pepper
¼ tsp (1 mL) Salt
