BBQ Lemon Pepper Chicken

This recipe is an easy and delicious BBQ idea perfect for casual get togethers or a family BBQ night.
DIRECTIONS
PLACE chicken in a shallow baking dish.MIX together all of the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Turn chicken to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
PREHEAT BBQ to medium-high. Lightly coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray.
GRILL the chicken for 8-10 minutes per side or until char-grilled and the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C)
